How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Watachemicals Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Watachemicals Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Watachemicals Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@watachemicals.monster and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
